Installation Procedures

1. Elevate the equipment base to 6-1/2" off the foundation surface. Insert blocks to hold this position in place. Secure the isolators to the foundation with 1/2" anchor bolts.

2. With the lock nut in place, insert the adjusting bolt through the equipment leg and into the threaded hole in the top housing of the isolator.

3. Proceed to adjust the isolators by turning the adjusting bolt clockwise several turns at a time, alternately on each isolator, until the equipment is raised uniformly.

4. Level the equipment with the adjusting bolt. Tighten the lock nut firmly in place against the top of the equipment leg.

5. Snubber adjustment: a) Loosen the adjusting nut; b) When the adjusting nut is in contact with the washer, tighten the adjusting nut 1/2 of a turn.

6. The isolators are now properly adjusted and ready for the equipment to be operated.
